MATRIX OF YAlO3:Ce SCINTILLATORS

Application Matrix is designed for use in medical radiology in position-sensing detectors for 2D and 3D radiation visualisation of a body or an organ

Area of use Positron-emission tomography (PET); Single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT); X-ray Computed tomography (X-ray CT).

Specifications 15×15 matix is made of YAlO 3:Ce elements 1×1×5 mm each.

AUTOMATIC CRYSTAL QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM (ACCOS)

ACCOS is a software-hardware system, designed for automaic measurement of light yield, scintillation kinetics, inhomogeneity of light yield, light emission in parallel and orthogonal to axis of PWO scintillation crystals.

Serial 3D measuring system made by Johansson is included into ACCOS system to control geometric shape and sizes.

Three systems are installed in Bogoroditsk Techno-Chemical Plant (Russia) and in CERN (Switzerland).

RGB - SPECTROMETER FOR STUDYING OF RADIATION INSENSITIVITY OF PWO CRYSTALS

RGB system was designed for semiautomatic monitoring of radiation damage, the kinetics of radiation damage and recovery of PWO crystals.
